An inward journey

My path began in 2012, coinciding with my first year of my Psychology degree. Yoga, which had been present since my childhood, was a key that opened the doors to another way of understanding myself and everything around me. Integrating Yoga in my life has been a fundamental pillar in my professional and personal development.

The door that opened for me through the practice was very transformative and has led me to different places, schools and teachers.

Deepening and specialization

Over the years, my personal practice evolved through styles such as Iyengar and Ashtanga, culminating with the Master "Sadhana Synthesis" with Danilo Hernandez. This experience immersed me in the essence of Yoga, encompassing its origin, philosophy, and psychology. My training was consolidated with the certification as a Yoga teacher (200h) at Rishikul Yogshala in Rishikesh, in 2022, and enriched that same year with a specialized course in Trauma Sensitive Yoga at Yoga Basement.

Individual Sessions

I offer individual sessions focused on addressing trauma and dissociative states from a therapeutic perspective. My approach is oriented towards improving body awareness in cases of somatization and alleviating internal states of anxiety by calming the constant activation of the sympathetic nervous system. These sessions are designed to offer a safe space tailored to individual needs.

This journey not only reflects a professional trajectory, but a commitment to integral growth and well-being, using the tools of yoga and psychotherapy to facilitate a path towards harmony and self-knowledge.
